Sandra helped me and our Women’s Retreat team book travel and she went far beyond what anyone could/would expect. We had 5 different people in 4 different states to collaborate for a meeting in Dallas. One person backed out after booking and another was detained prohibiting her to come. Sandra not only handled the bookings flawlessly – which can be stressful – she was also professional and reachable throughout the entire process. Dealing with insurance 9/10 times is always time consuming and difficult – but as a client of Sandra’s – she took on the headaches for us. Sandra handled the refund claims for our 2 travelers. Given the demands and difficulty of refunds on flights, I would have given up and forfeited the hundreds of dollars carrying a loss if I alone was left to haggling and the time consuming work it would have demanded.
This all being said, we cannot support and encourage a more dedicated, thoughtful and all around perfect travel agent to rely on and trust. Sandra is not only our family and business go to for travel, she’s a friend for life. Do not go anywhere else for your travel advice or assistance. In a day of automated self sufficiency, people forget what a bonus personalized care and specialized human service can bring to a big or small purchase. Planning a special getaway or business trip rank high, not only on investment, but demands special support and attention and precautions to insure all possible will work out smoothly. Sandra brings this bonus into the equation.
