Sandra is wonderful and so easy to work with. She is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate. She even surprised us with cupcakes upon entering our room on a cruise on day 1! My husband and I have Sleep Apnea and she always ensures we have what we need prior to entering our room. She’s patient with me and my multiple questions or when I forget something she already said (mom brain). I will continue to work with Sandra for all our cruises and vacations in the future!!
